I was just going to read the first little bit, but ended up devouring the whole thing. The sad news is that this was meant to be the first in a series, but the author hasn't posted anything since 2013. It's still a good read.

I check every now and then to see if they're posting in other fandoms but they're not. I don't know whether to be happy or sad about that.
